Anita L. Midway, 77, of Cambridge, Maryland passed away peacefully Thursday morning, April 6, 2017 at her daughter’s home with her daughter by her side.
She was born on October 18, 1939 in Cambridge and was a daughter of the late Beatrice Willey and Gordy Foxwell, Sr.
Anita married Stephen Midway and together they loved to travel and go on camping trips. Their favorite vacation was when they went to Ireland. Anita described Ireland as the most beautiful place in the world. Stephen died in May 2007. She also loved to read and most of all loved spending time with her family.
She worked at Mailwell Graphics as a plate burner before retiring.
Surviving Anita are her children Katherine Grow(Mark) of Baltimore, Donna Unsworth and Joseph Unsworth, Jr. of Cambridge; grandchildren Timothy Dail, Ashley Baker, Amanda Sikorski, Amber Unsworth and Corey Unsworth; seven great grandchildren; brother Gordy Foxwell, Jr. (Helga); sisters Barbara North, Virginia Smullen and Judy Spear all of Cambridge.
Services will be private.
