Jeffrey "Jeff" Scott Dayton

Jeffery Scott Dayton, 66 years old of Brookview, Maryland passed away on July 23, 2023. He was born in Cambridge, Maryland on February 14, 1957 to the late Leonard & Etta Dayton.

Jeff attended Cambridge High School graduating in 1975. Jeff was a self-employed contractor specializing in tile for years. At the time of his death, he was employed by Craigs Pharmacy as a commercial driver. He enjoyed time with friends, summertime and jeep rides to the islands of Dorchester. Jeff had a passion for remodeling homes and was willing to lend his skills to friends and family. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was known as Poppi. He attended Open Bible Church.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Dayton, three daughters, Jodi (spouse Joey) Garvin, Allison (spouse Michael) Quattrucci and Chelsea (spouse John) Blake; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Olivia, Cash and Jagger. He is also survived by his brother Jay Dayton and his mother-in-law Mary Ann Bradshaw.   He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Lenette “Lenny” Satchell.

There will be no services at this time.
