Jeremy Scott Jones

Jeremy Scott Jones, 43, of Queen Anne, passed away at home suddenly and peacefully on April 7, 2024.

Jeremy was born on January 30, 1981 to Sandra Bradley Pushkar and Winfield “Rocky” Jones in Annapolis.

From a young age, Jeremy was very passionate about music. He was an avid guitar player.  He found joy in singing, writing and performing music. Jeremy frequently performed both as a solo artist and with his band Soul Rebel. Jeremy enjoyed playing golf, and was a member of the Talbot County Country Club.  He later pursued a career in personal training. Jeremy was devoted to helping people not only reach their fitness goals, but also rehabilitating those who suffered from serious medical conditions. He would light up when talking about the ways he was able to improve the lives of those he trained. Jeremy truly loved what he did for a living.

In the year 2019, Jeremy met Pamela, a beautiful woman from Honduras. During their courtship, Jeremy enjoyed taking long trips to visit Pamela and her family. They had many adventures together and Jeremy took on a new passion of scuba diving. While there he immersed himself in her culture and became known as the man with the long dreadlocks. Jeremy found not only the love of his life but a second home in Honduras. Pamela and Jeremy were wed on May 15, 2022. They settled in Maryland where Jeremy and Pamela spent their days traveling and enjoying time with family and friends.

Jeremy is survived by his wife Pamela, his mother Sandra Pushkar (David), his father Winfield Jones (Joanne), his siblings Taylor (Maya), Renoula (Matt) and Nikki (Landon), his nephews Ezra, Bennett and Shai as well as countless aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents: Betty and Phillip Wheatley, Ethel and William “Lindy” Jones, Veronica and Anthony Bellicini, and by his brother Andrew Pushkar.

A Celebration of life will take place at the American Legion Pavilion in Queenstown, MD on Saturday, April 13th from 1-3pm.  All are welcome to take part in celebrating the life of Jeremy. Burial will be private for family only.

Arrangements entrusted to Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, Cambridge.
