Judith "Judy" Semeler Windsor died at the Genesis Seaford Center, 1100 Norman Eskridge Hwy, Seaford, DE on Tuesday evening, January 10, 2023.
Born on June 9, 1938 in Allentown PA. She was the daughter of Anthony and Elizabeth Semeler. Mrs. Windsor was the youngest of five siblings, Elizabeth S. "Betty" Simms, Joseph Semeler, Buddy Semeler and Lucille "Lucy" Carroll.
On January 30, 1959, she married George "David" Windsor of Cambridge, MD. Mrs. Windsor served as a LPN nurse at the Dorchester General Hospital as well as the Convalescent Center in Lewes, DE.
Mrs. Windsor had a true love for animals especially cats and dogs. She treated them with the utmost respect and devotion.
Survivors include a son, Mark Windsor and his wife Diane of Georgetown, DE, her beloved grandchildren Zachary and Kaitlyn Windsor both of Georgetown, DE and her loving companion Kittycat. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years George "David" Windsor and a son Robert "Bobby" Windsor.
Mrs. Windsor's final wish was to have her body donated to the State of Maryland Anatomy Board in Baltimore, MD realizing the importance of learning for those in the healthcare profession.
There will be pending private service at a later date at Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home Cambridge, MD. Inurnment will follow in the Dorchester Memorial Park.
