Kevin Kelly

Kevin Paul Kelly, 59, of Fishing Creek, Maryland passed away peacefully, at home, Tuesday, March 9, 2021 .
Born on April 20, 1961 in Rockville Center, New York, he was the son of James Patrick Kelly and Mary Louise McSweeney Kelly.
Kevin graduated from Holy Trinity High School, Hicksville, NY, class of 1979.
Kevin was employed with Perdue Farms, IT Network Operations Manager.  He was well  respected by his family of coworkers for his dedication and strong work ethic
On June 13, 1999 he married the former Tara Michelle Davies.  They have made their home in Fishing Creek for the last 21 years.  He loved being on the water.  Fishing, crabbing or simply taking in the peaceful water views.
Kevin had a lifelong passion for cars.  Belonging to several car forums he was known for his encyclopedic knowledge and love of Mustangs.
He was loved for his unique sense of humor and was a great singer.

Kevin was the cherished father of
Meghan, he was her best friend.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving him is his wife Michelle; daughter Meghan L. Kelly (Luis Ruano); sister Laura Metas(Andrew); brother James Patrick Kelly, Jr. (Robin Foster); several nieces and nephews.
Preceded him in death was a brother Peter D. Kelly.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 beginning 3:00 p.m. at Hosier Memorial U.M. Church with Rev. Doug Ridley officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kevin’s name can be made to Special Olympics, 3701 Commerce Drive, #103, Baltimore, MD 21227.
