Patricia Hart

Patricia “Pat” Alice Hart, 75, of Cambridge, Maryland passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at her home.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 3, 1941 she was a daughter of the late William and Alice Hughes Wielgosz.

Pat attended the local schools in Maryland and graduated from Cambridge High School with the class of 1959.

On August 22, 1964 Pat married Paul Hart and together they raised a daughter Laura. Mr. Hart died on May 10, 1983.

Pat’s working career consisted of employment at Airpax, Rob Roy, Woolco, Housewife and lastly was a reading tutor at Choptank Elementary. She was a Girl Scout leader in the 70’s. Pat was a devoted member of St. Mary Refuge of Sinners Catholic Church.

Pat enjoyed traveling, arts &crafts, sewing and singing. When it came to flowers, she could tell you the name of the flower and how it grows. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her granddaughter and great granddaughter. Pat will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Surviving her is a daughter Laura Seabrease and husband Timmy of Cambridge; granddaughter Courtney Willey and husband Kyle of Hurlock; great granddaughter Peyton Willey; nieces Kim Newcomb, Beth Clark and Valerie Thompson; several great nieces and a great nephew; cousin Billy Newcomb, dear friends Mike & Betty Donoho and partner in crime and close friend Wendy Schasel.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband was a brother Charles “Buck” Wielgosz and his wife Sue and a sister Ann Clark and her husband Lewis.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 beginning 2 p.m. at Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A., Cambridge, with Rev. Anthony Greco officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pat’s name can be sent to St. Mary Refuge of Sinners Catholic Church, P.O. Box 218, Cambridge, MD 21613.
