Penseam Seua

Penseam Seua, 69, of Cambridge, Maryland formerly of California passed away on Friday morning, December 20, 2019 at UMSMC at Easton with her family by her side.

Born on May 15, 1950 in Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late San Pen and Ky Nguyen.

Penseam attended the local schools and graduated from her high school in Cambodia.

She married Samhol Seua and together raised seven children.

Panseam enjoyed gardening, cooking and feeding the entire neighborhood.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.  She was a homemaker and was dedicated to her husband.  Panseam will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving Panseam besides her husband are children Hellina Seua(Veyrady Luy), Samphea Seua (Sophoeurn Neang),  Gina Seua(Heuv Lyear), Johnny Seua, Tiffany Seua, Bopha Seua and Hampton Seua and ten grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 beginning 1 p.m. at Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A., Cambridge.

A viewing and visitation with the family will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
