Timothy Foxwell

Timothy W. Foxwell, 56, of Cambridge passed away peacefully Monday, October 31, 2016 at Chesapeake Woods Center with the love and support of his brothers at his side.

Born November 23, 1959 in Cambridge, he was a son of the late Cleo Willey Foxwell and Wayne Foxwell, Sr. Timmy attended the local schools in the area including Cambridge South Dorchester High School. He had entered the US Army and served briefly before being honorably discharged due to medical reasons.

Throughout his life Timmy was a self employed handyman. He was a very smooth talking man with a heart of gold. Timmy had a special charm that made him easy to love. It was easy for him to make friends and leave an impression on all he met. The fact that he and his twin brother Tommy were renown in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not for being born eight days apart brought Timmy a sense of pride and served as a conversation topic for new acquaintances. Timmy was always a free spirited individual and that’s the lifestyle he lived.

Surviving are his brothers Wayne Foxwell, Jr. (Holly), John W. Foxwell, Sr. (Jacqueline), David Foxwell, Sr. (Erika) and Thomas “Tommy” Foxwell, Sr. (Bonnie); uncles David Phillips and Robert Foxwell, Sr. along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A committal service will be held Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery Chapel beginning 1:00 pm with Rev. A Delmer Willey, Jr. officiating. The Army Honor Guard will provide military honors.

Serving as pallbearers will be his nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613 or American Cancer Society, PO Box 163, Salisbury, MD 21803
