Tonya Weeks

Tonya Ann Weeks, 35, of Trappe, Maryland went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. She passed away at UMSMC at Easton with her family by her side.

Born on May 4, 1981 in Easton Maryland, she was a daughter of Darlene Wilkins Williams and the late Dennis Martin Winston.

She attended the local schools and later attended classes to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Tonya was a people person, she enjoyed dancing, playing board games and most of all loved surfing Facebook. She will truly be missed by all her family and friends.

Surviving Tonya besides her mother Darlene are four children Quinte Thomas Winston, Christian Dontre Jackson, Nyjaya D. Jackson and Tykashi Jackson; sister Cherise Irene Williams; brother Gregory Joseph Williams; step-father Melvin Favors; companion Corey Gunter and several aunts and uncles.

Preceding her in death besides her father was her maternal grandmother Theresa Wilkins.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P. A., Cambridge. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A., 308 High Street, Cambridge, MD 21613 to help defray funeral cost.
